I stumbled upon it because I was googling "celiac insomnia" and it's 3 am here in DC...I was disappointed to read your statistic about being 33% more vulnerable to other auto-immune diseases when diagnosed later in life. I'm 35 and just figured it out. The same age you were. I've been a toothpick all my life. I'm wondering if I'm going to get fat! It'd be worth it to feel good again.
