Last night, I dreamed that I was in this super-tall treehouse...a real house in a giant redwood tree, as tall as a skyscraper...but then the whole thing toppled over and the house smashed into a million pieces with everyone inside. But I lived. And so did my goldfish (the bowl didn't break). Still, it wasn't a very restful dream.
Wow. That doesn't sound restful at all. That next night I awoke from nightmares/anxiety dreams every ten minutes. So last night I took the dreaded sleeping medication. Took me hours to fully wake up this morning. Never again...
